2026 Season
League Overview
This is a season-long NASCAR fantasy league built around fixed-size rosters, salary-based team building, and weekly scoring based directly on official NASCAR driver points.
League Format
- Each team carries exactly 8 drivers.
- All 8 drivers count every week. There are no starters and no bench spots.
- Drivers can appear on more than one fantasy team.
- The fantasy league season may begin after the real NASCAR season has already started.
- For league purposes, the first scoring race in this league is treated as Week 1.
Scoring
- Weekly fantasy scoring is based directly on NASCAR driver points.
- Team score for a week is the sum of the NASCAR points earned by all 8 active rostered drivers for that week.
- Season standings are based on total points accumulated through the selected week.
Salary Cap and Driver Values
- Each team has a salary cap of 10,000,000.
- Only active drivers currently on the roster count against the cap.
- Driver salaries are based on weekly published values.
- Values do not need to change every week.
- If a driver does not receive a new value in a later week, the most recent prior value is carried forward for league operations and mock-team viewing.
- All eligible drivers are assigned values, not only currently rostered drivers.
Acquisition Cost Rule
- When a team adds a driver, that team pays the value in effect for the week the driver was added.
- That acquisition value is then locked in for that team.
- If the team keeps the driver, the salary does not change later even if the driver’s published value changes.
- If the team drops the driver and adds a replacement, the replacement is added at the value in effect for that add week.
- This is preserved for historical and audit purposes.
